Free standard delivery, always

Every Forever Water machine ships with free standard delivery to anywhere in Australia — metro, regional and most rural areas. No hidden delivery fees, no "next suburb over" surcharges. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Processing & dispatch

Orders placed before 2pm AEST Monday–Friday are typically picked and packed the same day. We aim to dispatch every order within 2–3 business days of payment clearing. You'll get a dispatch notification and tracking number by email as soon as your machine leaves our warehouse.

Afterpay, Klarna and Zip orders are paid in full at checkout, so they dispatch on exactly the same schedule as card orders. Bank-transfer orders dispatch once funds clear.

Delivery timeframes

The delivery timeframe below is an estimate from the date of dispatch (not order date). Actual times may vary slightly due to courier schedules and weather.

* Remote postcodes include some parts of the NT, WA, and Far North QLD. If your postcode requires an additional freight surcharge we'll notify you before dispatch — you can cancel for a full refund if the surcharge doesn't work for you.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order is dispatched you'll receive an email with:

• Carrier name (Australia Post, StarTrack, Aramex or TNT — we choose the fastest route)
• Tracking number and tracking URL
• Estimated delivery window
• Name of the Forever Water logistics partner handling the delivery

You can track progress any time by clicking the tracking URL in your dispatch email, or by replying to any order email — we'll check the status for you.

Delivery day

On the day of delivery:

• Our courier will attempt kerbside delivery during business hours
• Someone does not need to be home — we can authorise to leave (ATL) if instructed at checkout
• If nobody is home and ATL is not authorised, the courier will leave a card and take the parcel to the nearest depot for collection or re-delivery
• Please inspect the external packaging before signing. Note any visible damage on the courier's delivery docket

• 1 × Warranty card & serial number registration
• 1 × Drip tray and drain hose
• 1 × Care & maintenance booklet

Optional add-ons like the replacement filter bundle (purchased at checkout) ship in the same box at no extra freight cost.

Installation

Forever Water is designed for self-installation — no plumber, no electrician, no tools required. Simply:

1. Place the machine on a flat surface with 30 cm of clearance from walls
2. Plug into a standard 240V Australian power outlet
3. Press the power button and wait 15 minutes for the first production cycle
4. Enjoy cold, pure water on tap

For customers who prefer professional installation, we can arrange a technician to visit in most metro areas for a flat fee of $149. Contact us to check availability.

Change of delivery address

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at 0435 997 768 or hello@foreverwater.com.au. We can update the address at no cost provided the order hasn't been dispatched yet. Once dispatched, courier re-direction fees may apply.

International orders

We currently deliver within Australia only. We're assessing international shipping for New Zealand and select Pacific nations — please get in touch if you're interested and we'll let you know when international shipping is available.

PO Box & Parcel Locker

Because our machines are too large for standard postal boxes, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers or Private Bags. Please provide a residential or business address where a person can receive the parcel.

Multi-machine orders

Buying two or more units (home + office, or for family)? We ship them together in consolidated freight — no extra cost, same delivery timeframes. Multi-buy discounts apply automatically at checkout.
