Our 12-month warranty promise
Every Forever Water atmospheric water generator comes with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential and light commercial use.
If a fault develops during the warranty period, we'll repair or replace the affected part — or the whole machine — at no charge to you, including parts, labour and return shipping within Australia.

Replacement filters & service schedule
Replacement filters are not covered under warranty because they are consumable items designed to be replaced periodically. We provide indicative service intervals and our replacement filter pricing below.
| Filter / component | Replace every | Price (AUD inc GST) |
|---|---|---|
| Pre-Carbon 10µm filter | 3–6 months | $24.95 |
| Post-Carbon 5µm filter | 6–9 months | $29.95 |
| TCR Carbon filter | 9–12 months | $34.95 |
| Mineral pouch | 12 months | $19.95 |
| Reverse Osmosis (RO) membrane | 15–24 months | $89.00 |
| Electrostatic Air Filter | 12 months (or rinse & reuse 3×) | $14.95 |
| Full replacement filter bundle | Annual | $159.50 (save 20% = $127 via auto-renewal) |
UV lamps are rated for 8,000+ hours of use (typically 3–4 years at normal household use). When a UV lamp reaches end-of-life, the machine will display a "UV-CHANGE" warning on the LCD.
